ARK: Survival Evolved
In ARK: Survival Evolved you start off with crafting basic clothes out of fiber harvested from plants, and pickaxes and hatchets out of sticks and stones. Over time, you unlock new engrams and start to craft what truly matters when stranded on an island inhabited by carnivorous dinosaurs, refrigerators and air conditioners.
That’s meant as a joke, but it actually speaks to the scope of the crafting options in the game. There are so many things so unlock and craft in the game, that you could spend weeks playing and still not be able to have enough points to unlock everything.
Not that you necessarily need to unlock everything, but those dinosaurs I mentioned above, there are a lot of them, and you can tame them. And once you tame them, you need to be able to craft the specific saddles for specific species to be able to ride them.
ARK: Survival Evolved requires a very large investment of time, and this is again one of those games that are much more fun to play with friends.
