Creative Assembly, the studio behind the massively popular Total War series of strategy games, are currently working on a brand new IP.

New posting for the project appeared on the studio’s Career Page, which revealed that the game is a brand new First-Person title, which is not something fans would usually associate with the developer before the release of their 2014 title Alien: Isolation.

Incidentally, the team behind the project are also the very same devs that previously worked on Alien: Isolation.

The official listing reads:

The team are looking for a Senior UI Artist to work on a new unannounced IP. This is an ideal opportunity for an accomplished artist with outstanding graphic design sensibilities to join the team.

The Senior UI Artist on this project will demonstrate excellent creative and technical ability, a passion for creating intuitive, user-experience led UI, and possess the ability to produce visually stunning, high-quality motion graphics.

Not much else is known about the project at this point and developer Creative Assembly has so far not made an official announcement, but chances are that the gameplay will be akin to what we saw previously in Alien: Isolation.

More information will hopefully be revealed in the near future.
