New Cyberpunk 2077 Demo Will Be Streamed On 30th August

Many fans, including myself, have been desperately waiting for the new Cyberpunk 2077 demo that was shown behind closed doors at E3 2019 to be made available to the general public. And now we finally have an exact date and time for when it will be revealed.

Originally planned to be showcased at PAX West 2019, the demo will now be streamed directly from Warsaw, Poland, where the developer’s headquarters are located.

Also, unlike last years lengthy 48 minute demo, this will be a much more condensed affair. It’s the same demo that’s currently being shown to people at Gamescom 2019, but it will be edited down to 15 minutes.

An excerpt from the official Cyberpunk 2077 website about the upcoming demo reads as seen below:

“Expect a lot of insight into the thought process behind creative decisions, information about Pacifica—one of the districts of Night City—and TONS of stuff on playstyles you’ll be able to adopt when you launch Cyberpunk 2077 next year.”

Fans can watch the stream on 30th August, at 8 PM CEST / 11 AM PT via the official CD PROJEKT RED Twitch and Mixer channels.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set for release on April 16, 2020 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and the PC.
