Less than a week after the release of the highly anticipated Pokémon Sword and Shield, it has now been reported that these games are the highest selling titles for the Nintendo Switch so far.
This information was released by the official Japanese Twitter account of The Pokémon Company, who tweeted out that the games had sold a combined 6 million units so far.

Now while this amount represents the total sales so far, it should be noted that these are still not the complete Week 1 numbers since the games have only been out for around 6 days so far.
All in all though, these are pretty good figures for Nintendo and Game Freak, and we can expect them to increase further in the coming weeks.
