The Last of Us Part II is among one of the most highly anticipated games of this decade, and fans of the series have been gobbling up any and all information that developer Naughty Dog has been drip feeding us over the past few years.
More recently though, it was revealed that the game will be featured in the upcoming PlayStation State of Play, and that on top of some gameplay, the release date for the game will be announced.
To mark this occasion, Naughty Dog have been Tweeting out images that relate to the game over the past few days alongside some in-game dialogue, and they’ve just released what may be the final one.
The full list of images goes as follows (In Sequence):
"I'm gonna find…and I'm gonna kill…every last one of them." pic.twitter.com/vO0cC6dGkO— Naughty Dog (@Naughty_Dog) September 20, 2019
“Watch your backs” pic.twitter.com/7oqIaDHnlC— Naughty Dog (@Naughty_Dog) September 21, 2019
“They should be terrified of you” pic.twitter.com/m39K2alq9a— Naughty Dog (@Naughty_Dog) September 22, 2019
“You really gonna go through with this?” pic.twitter.com/H5NxVnXg9M— Naughty Dog (@Naughty_Dog) September 23, 2019
It’s unlikely that they’ll tweet out any more images since the State of Play is tomorrow, but there is barely enough time to squeeze out one more.
The State of Play is set to air on Tuesday, September 24th at 1:00pm PT / 4:00pm ET.
The Last of Us Part II is set for release exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
